Pavle Goranovic the Minister of Culture talked at the opening of International Book Fair in Ulcinj.
The speakers at the opening in Pristan, were also Ranko Krivokapic, President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Ilir Meta, President of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania, Mirela Kumbaro, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Albania and Kujtim Shalla, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth of the Republic of Kosovo.
Pavle Goranovic, Minister of Culture, met with Dan Oryan, Director for Balkan States in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, Yossef Levy, non-resident Ambassador of Israel to Montenegro and Zvi Rav-Ner, Head of Department for Euro-Asia and Balkan in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel.
As part of the 9th Summer School “Montenegro, My Homeland”, organized by Bureau for Education Services and Administration for Diaspora, the Ministry of Culture was visited by Montenegrin emigrants’ children aged 9-15 from Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, England, Italy, Germany, Serbia and Turkey.
Ministry of Culture of Montenegro, as a member of the International Association Forum of Slavic Cultures, announces the launching of the call for proposals for the Živa Award 2016, which promotes good practices and supports the exchange of experiences in the field of museum activities. This award, named after the Slovenian goddess of longevity, vitality and fertility, is aimed at recognizing and encouraging experiments and projects that take into account the specificities of Slavic peoples.
Pavle Goranovic, Minister of Culture and Marija Vucinovic, Minister without Portfolio will stay in Dubrovnik on 10th July, on invitation by prof. Berislav Sipusa, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Croatia.
