Pavle Goranovic, Minister of culture delivered newly established Award "Mirko Kovac" to historian and publicist Damir Markovina during the second "Days of Mirko Kovac" in Rovinj. Other than Damir Markovina, who was awarded in Best Young Author's Work Category, the winners are also Vuk Rsumovic, in Script Category, Svetlana Slapsak in Essay Category and Oto Horvat in Novel Category.
