Minister Goranovic at the opening of the exhibition “Slavic Carnivals" in Kotor The Minister of Culture Pavle Goranović opened the exhibition "Slavic Carnivals" at the Maritime Museum, on November 11th. The exhibition in Kotor was realized by the international organization Forum of Slavic Cultures with the support of UNESCO.

EU programs Creative Europe and Europe for Citizens presented in Berane

The Ministry of Culture and the Montenegrin Creative Europe Desk organized on November 4th at Berane the Info day “EU Programmes - Creative Europe and Europe for Citizens”. The CED representatives Ana Savjak and Boris Abramović discussed the possibilities offered under the subprogramme Culture. Savjak informed the participants about the call for European Cooperation Projects, i.e. the conditions for participation, programme priorities, types of support, project documentation and examples of good practice, while Abramović presented the call for European platforms, which will be opened mid next year.

Representatives of the Ministry of Culture participated at the 38th session of the General Conference of UNESCO, held in Paris from 3rd to 18th November 2015. At today's plenary session, attended by the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Culture Natasa Gazivoda, the representatives of participating countries presented the current results of cooperation with UNESCO and discussed the main activities in the forthcoming period.

Ivana Radovanovic, awardee of the Biennale of Young Artists in Milan

The Ministry of Culture informs that the Montenegrin artist Ivana Radovanovic is the awardee of the “Res Artis” Worldwide Network of Artist Residencies for her sculpture "The Hollow Men", which was presented at this year's Biennale of Young Artists - Mediterranea 17, opened on the 22nd of October in Milan.
